Returns and Refunds Policy
This policy applies to every order placed on shop.evervaluecoin.com, wherever you live. It is written to meet the mandatory consumer rules of the markets we serve, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil and Latin America. Where your local law grants you a longer window or stronger terms, those rights always apply on top of this policy.
01 Scope
These terms explain how you cancel an order, how you return your item, when you are entitled to a refund and how long it takes. They apply to the physical products sold by EverValue: apparel, watches and accessories.
02 Cancellations and shipments in transit
We process international orders quickly, so the window to stop an order is short.

Before we dispatch: if your order has not yet left our fulfilment centre, contact us and we cancel it with a full refund.

After dispatch, in transit: once the parcel is handed to the carrier and moving, we cannot recall it, reroute it or stop delivery. The shipment must complete its route.
Your legal rights are not affected by this. Being unable to stop a parcel in transit does not remove your right to return. You receive the order, and then you have a set number of days to formally request the return, according to your region in section 03. The transit stage only limits cancellation, never your right to return after delivery.
03 Your window to return by region
Once you have received the order, you may request a return for change of mind within the window below. The request must be formal and in writing, for example by email, so the date is on record.

Where local mandatory law grants a longer window or stronger terms, those apply. Countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and Switzerland have no statutory change of mind right, so the 7 day window is offered as goodwill. Your rights for defective goods always apply everywhere. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
04 Manufacturing defect guarantee
Every product carries a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date, worldwide. If a genuine factory defect appears within 30 days, we replace the item or issue a full refund and we cover the shipping both ways. This covers faults in materials or making, not normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.
05 Defective, damaged or wrong items on arrival
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We arrange a replacement or a full refund and we cover the return shipping. You pay nothing to correct our error. This is separate from the change of mind rules in section 03.
06 Items that cannot be returned
The following are not eligible for a change of mind return, to the extent local law allows. Your rights for defective goods always remain.

Products made to order, personalised or customised to your specification.

Items returned used, worn, altered or without their original tags and packaging.

Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.

Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
A simple choice of size or colour from standard options does not make an item personalised.
07 How to request a return
Request a return, a cancellation or a withdrawal through the contact channel in section 09. No special form is required, but include your order number and, if you have one, the reason. We reply by email so you keep a record. Send the item back only after we confirm the return and give you the return address.
08 Refunds
How and when
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 7 business days. The time for the amount to reach you depends on your bank, card issuer or wallet. Where local law requires a shorter deadline, for example an immediate refund in Brazil or within 14 days in the European Union, we comply with it.
Method
Refunds are issued to the same method you paid with.
Refunds on crypto payments
For orders paid in cryptocurrency, the refund is based on the product price in US dollars at the time of purchase. That US dollar value is fixed. If the cryptocurrency rises or falls afterwards, the amount refunded does not change. It always equals the original US dollar price of the product.
