EverValue Coin operates from a logistics hub strategically located in China. This infrastructure allows us to serve customers in any country with safe and efficient shipping routes, with access to leading international carriers and real-time tracking from the moment of dispatch.
The central location of our logistics hub ensures consistent global coverage and allows us to always select the best available freight option for each destination.

Order Processing
After payment is confirmed, your order enters the processing queue and will be dispatched within 2 to 8 business days. During this period, products are picked, verified and packed for international shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking code as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delivery Times
As a global logistics operation, we work with a base delivery timeframe of 5 to 25 business days after dispatch. This range is an estimate for most destinations and may vary depending on the country, the available shipping method and the flow of local customs clearance.
In many regions, delivery may arrive earlier. In specific cases, the timeframe may be extended due to external factors such as customs holds, carrier conditions or exceptional circumstances in the destination country. We always seek the fastest and safest delivery option available for each country.

Country Coverage
We ship worldwide. Our logistics hub in China allows us to operate with multiple carriers and select the best route for each destination, ensuring your order arrives safely in the shortest time possible.

Shipping Insurance
All orders are dispatched with insurance coverage. In the event of loss or damage during transit, our team will initiate the necessary procedures to resolve the situation. To do so, the customer must contact us at shop@evervaluecoin.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or upon identifying the damage, providing the order number and photos of the product where applicable.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking code sent to the customer by email after dispatch.
  • The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking updates with the carrier.
  • If a package is awaiting pickup at a local facility, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it at the indicated location within the notified timeframe.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is not received within the maximum estimated timeframe or arrives with visible damage caused during transit, please contact us within 7 days at shop@evervaluecoin.com, providing your order number and photos where applicable. Our team will review each case and take the appropriate action, including filing an insurance claim when warranted.

Important Notes

  • Make sure all address details are filled in correctly when placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or prevent shipment altogether.
  • If an incorrect address or absent recipient results in a failed delivery, a new shipping fee may be required for reshipment.
  • EverValue Coin is not responsible for delays, losses or returns caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
